Airtable Automation Monitor ("we", "our", or "the Service") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
The key point: Your Airtable login credentials never leave your browser. We cannot access your Airtable account.
What the Chrome Extension Does
The extension runs in your browser and uses your existing Airtable session (the same way the Airtable website does) to read automation metadata. It does not:
- Access your Airtable password or API keys
- Read, modify, or delete your Airtable records
- Access any data beyond automation run metadata
Data We Collect
Depending on your chosen storage mode:
Local Only (default):
- All automation data stays in your browser's local storage
- We only store your account email and which base IDs you're monitoring
Minimal Sync:
- Aggregate statistics only (run counts, success/failure counts)
- No automation names, error messages, or detailed run data
Full Sync:
- Automation names and configuration
- Run history with timestamps
- Error messages from failed runs
How We Use Your Data
We use collected data solely to:
- Display your automation monitoring dashboard
- Send you failure notifications (if enabled)
- Provide cross-device access to your monitoring data
We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
Data Storage & Security
Data is stored securely using Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with:
- Row-level security ensuring you can only access your own data
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure authentication via email/password
Data Retention
- Free plan: 7 days of notification history
- Pro plan: 90 days of history
- You can delete your account and all data at any time from Settings
Third-Party Services
We use the following services:
- Supabase - Database and authentication
- Stripe - Payment processing (Pro subscriptions)
- Vercel - Dashboard hosting
- Resend - Transactional emails
Your Rights
You can:
- Access all your stored data via the dashboard
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Change your storage mode at any time
- Export your data
